Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) and Global Affairs Canada (GAC) are offering Canadian companies an opportunity to attend FoodTech Summit and Expo 2024 as visitors. Taking place from October 2-3, 2024, in Mexico City, FoodTech is recognized for being the most important exhibition of ingredients, additives and solutions for the Food & Beverage industry in Latin America.
Benefits for Visitors
- Companies can participate in the show within the common space reserved by the Embassy of Canada to Mexico (no dedicated exhibit space).
- Companies will take part in a pre-arranged B2B program, organized by a designated service provider to pre-arrange 10 in-person B2B meetings per company.
- Companies participating in the Canadian pavilion as visitors will have their logos displayed in the common space.
- All Canadian companies will be showcased in a physical and virtual catalog which will be shared with the show's participants.
How to Participate
- AAFC and GAC are seeking Canadian exporters focused on Mexico as a target market, and offering innovative food-tech products.
- Export experience is not necessary, but companies must be export-ready. They must therefore have the production capacity, resources, and management to deliver a marketable product internationally at a competitive price.
- The cost to participate is Can$2,000
